What if I'm having a problem with coverage?

So you've checked our coverage map, made sure you're within a covered area, yet you're still having some issues connecting.

There could be a few things that you're running into:

  • It might be a small coverage gap or weak signal in the area you're in. Try connecting in a different area nearby to see if you can establish a better signal.
  • The nearest cell tower from our partner may be having trouble. If this is the case, it usually gets fixed quickly and your signal should be restored soon.
  • You might be underground or within a structure that's affecting your signal. Sounds odd, but wireless signals aren't perfect. It would be helpful to try again in a more open location.
