What is the return policy?

If for some reason you aren't happy with your Karma Go, you can return it to us within 15 days for a full refund on the hardware.

Service refunds depend on your account type. With Pulse, you'll be refunded for the device only since your service has already been used.

Before you return, you'll want to make sure your Karma Go is in perfect condition and scratch free. The original box isn't required for a return, but you'll need to return the charging cable we provided.

A few other things you should note:

  • We're not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us.
  • We can only issue refunds back to the original payment method you used.
  • Return shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.
  • The full refund gets issued after your package is cleared by us. Returns are processed in the order they are received.
